Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled or modified only within the first 24 hours after being placed. After this timeframe, requests for cancellation or modification may not be accommodated.

Undeliverable Address
Providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address is the customer's responsibility. Maanua cannot be held liable for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an undeliverable address is entered, the package may fail to reach the intended destination, and any associated costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
In case of an error in the shipping address, customers must notify Maanua within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at contact@maanua.com. We’ll do our best to assist within this timeframe.
What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck or Lost in the Mail?
All orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling. While we strive for a smooth delivery process, there are rare occasions when orders may get delayed, stuck, or lost during transit. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
In such cases, because our packages are insured, we will send you a replacement package with expedited shipping and full tracking whenever possible.
